Tank Girl, Robocop, From Beyond, Slither, Total Recall (1990), Dark City, They Live, Brazil, Videodrome, Akira (no bike slide), Rollerball (70s), Bubblegum Crisis, The Running Man, Serenity, The Fifth Element, Valerian and the City of 1000 planets, Firefly, Starship Troopers, Dredd, District 9, Innerspace, Demolition Man, The Fly, Escape from NY, Mars Attacks, Ghost in the Shell, The Abyss, Aliens, Mimic, Logan’s Run, Johnny Mnemonic, Repo Man, Galaxy of Terror, Strange Days, Night of the Creeps, Buckaroo Banzai, Ghosts of Mars, Event Horizon and Hardcore Henry
that’s like most of them. I could probably go on forever about media that inspired this, but hey, here’s a good movie marathon for some folks.
